Any differences in glaze applications and surfaces are there to embrace. Care: • Dishwasher and microwave safe • Avoid open flames or preheated ovens. Our pots are oven safe up to 350° but must start in a cool oven and be brought up to heat gradually (think crème brûlée). • Over time, your pots might accumulate mild cutlery marks. These can be buffed off with warm water and scouring powder such as Bar Keeper's Friend.

The platter itself is sturdy and a good size for serving, fitting a nice array of items. However, the Eggshell color I received had a very slight, almost imperceptible greenish tint in certain lighting that wasn't visible in the product photos. It's not a deal-breaker, but it doesn't perfectly match my other off-white dishes.
I purchased the Serving Platter in Black Mountain, and it truly is a showstopper. The deep, rich color creates such a dramatic backdrop for food, making everything look incredibly appetizing. The Panna Cotta platter is stunning and looks fantastic on our dining table, either empty as a decorative piece or filled with food. The pottery feels very high quality and durable, and I appreciate that it's both microwave and dishwasher safe. My only minor complaint is its weight; it's quite heavy, especially when loaded with food, making it a bit cumbersome to carry from kitchen to table. Still, the aesthetic appeal makes it worth the effort.
