It has a slight lip for neat stacking and fits just right into standard dishwasher racks. It’s equally perfect for showing off a carved holiday roast as it is for keeping an egg-and-cheese off your bedspread the morning after a late night. Our pots are oven safe up to 350° but must start in a cool oven and be brought up to heat gradually (think crème brûlée). • Over time, your pots might accumulate mild cutlery marks. These can be buffed off with warm water and scouring powder such as Bar Keeper's Friend.

Ordered the Black Mountain plates, and after only a few months of regular use and dishwashing, the color looks significantly duller. It’s not a consistent fade either, more like splotchy areas have lost their deep black. Disappointed with the lack of durability for the finish.
The general weight and feel of these plates are good, and the lip is a practical design feature. However, several of the plates, especially the Malt color ones, arrived with small, noticeable imperfections in the glaze. While they're still usable, it's a bit disappointing for a new set.
We bought these as an upgrade to our old dinnerware, and they feel like a significant improvement. The robust pottery feels built to last, and the simple, elegant design really works for us. They’re excellent.
