Nice for cooking, but delicate
The tagine makes incredibly tender and flavorful dishes, truly excellent for slow cooking. However, the clay feels quite fragile, making me nervous about everyday handling. Also, not being dishwasher safe means a lot of extra care is needed after use, which can be time-consuming for someone who cooks often.
