This platter only works with the Always Pan or Perfect Pot, which wasn't clear enough for me initially. It's a bummer because I have other brand pans that are similar in size, but the lip doesn't fit correctly. Make sure you have the specific Our Place items before buying.
The Flipping Platter works as advertised for getting perfect rice dishes out of my pot. It cleans up fairly easily, though remembering to hand wash it every time is a slight inconvenience. The Spice color looks nice with my existing cookware.
It nests perfectly with my Always Pan and makes flipping tahdig a breeze.
This platter is a really clever design. It makes a classic dish like maqluba much easier to serve without making a mess.
So glad I got this, it simplifies flipping my rice dishes.
