This pan handles high heat well and is excellent for searing meats. The nonstick works, but it really benefits from proper seasoning before each use to keep things from sticking. It's a solid, heavy pan that feels well-made. The capacity is fantastic for bigger batches of food, making it ideal for meal prep.
