While it's aesthetically pleasing and the lid is a nice touch, I found the pan difficult to clean thoroughly, especially around the etched patterns. Food gets trapped easily, and it doesn't always come out perfectly clean from the dishwasher, requiring extra scrubbing. For the price, I expected easier maintenance.
It heats up quickly and maintains temperature well, but the overall weight of the pan can be cumbersome when maneuvering it.
I was excited about the hybrid concept, but the nonstick performance deteriorated significantly after only a couple of months, despite following care instructions. Food started sticking, making cleanup a chore, which defeats the purpose. Very disappointed with this aspect of the pan.
