The quality of this pan is evident; it feels very robust with the stainless steel and aluminum core. The nonstick surface holds up well even over direct flame. It's quite large, so plan your grill space accordingly.
This pan does prevent food from falling through, which is good. But I found the perforations didn't allow for as much smoky flavor to infuse into the food as I anticipated compared to directly on the grates. It's also quite large and takes up a lot of grill space, limiting other cooking options.
