Defective after a few months
After only a few months of use, the heating element seems to be failing. The coffee is barely warm, and the brewing cycle stops halfway through. I followed all care instructions. This is very disappointing given the cost and expectations for a quality product. My old, cheaper machine lasted years longer. I hope the warranty process is smooth.
