This towel has a luxurious feel to it, thick and plush. The Dove and Peacock shades are beautiful and exactly as pictured. It's a great size for lounging and provides good coverage, making beach days much more comfortable.
This towel is not practical for actual travel. While it is soft, the 2.2 lbs weight makes it really heavy to carry, and it takes up a huge amount of space in my bag. I bought it specifically for a trip where I wanted a good beach towel, but it's just too bulky and inconvenient to pack efficiently. It might be fine for local use, but not for its 'travel' description.
