The automatic grinding, dosing, and tamping is incredibly precise and convenient. The milk frother with auto queue is also excellent, producing smooth microfoam for my cappuccinos. The only real downside is that the self-cleaning cycles for the steam wand and drip tray do require regular attention, but it's manageable. Overall, I'm very happy with the coffee quality.
The new cold espresso feature is absolutely brilliant for warm weather. It’s quick and produces a refreshing, strong coffee without dilution. The machine itself is very well built and user-friendly.
The build quality feels very solid and the coffee is excellent. Be aware that it's quite heavy at 37 lbs, so moving it around on the counter isn't easy. Once it's in place, though, it's fantastic.
This machine is a joy for making espresso. The automatic features like grinding and tamping are precise. My only small gripe is the water tank can be a bit awkward to remove and put back when it's under an upper cabinet, due to the machine's height. Otherwise, very happy with the quality of coffee.
The coffee taste is genuinely good, and the ThermoJet® heats up fast. However, the cleaning process for the milk wand and drip tray feels a bit more involved than I expected. It’s not difficult, just frequent.
