The safety aspects of this seat are top-notch, and the flame-retardant-free fabric is a big plus. Getting the LATCH connectors neatly stored when not in use can be a bit awkward. It's a solid seat, just a minor design quibble.
While the flame-retardant-free fabric is a selling point, it seems to stain very easily. Keeping the Frost color clean is a constant battle, which is annoying for a child's car seat.
The overall build quality of this Nuna RAVA car seat is impressive. It feels very sturdy and durable, definitely a product built to last for several years.
The magnetic chest clip is often difficult to open, which is frustrating when trying to get a crying child out.
This car seat provides exceptional peace of mind with its safety features and comfortable fabric, which is also free of flame retardants. While the installation with True Lock is straightforward, the seat itself is quite bulky and can make it a tight squeeze for other passengers, especially in smaller vehicles. It's a good trade-off for safety, though.
