The power bank itself delivers on capacity and charging speed for my devices. However, I found the EcoFlow app to be unintuitive and somewhat buggy. It frequently disconnects or struggles to recognize the power bank, making the 'smart power control' feature less useful than advertised. I expected better integration given the product's price point.
I was looking for a portable power bank, but this is just too big and heavy to carry around every day in my purse. It feels like a brick. The dimensions and weight should be more clearly emphasized in the product description so people know what they're getting into before purchasing this very large device.
This keeps all my electronics powered up, no matter where I am.
Compact yet powerful enough for all my devices on a daily basis.
The power bank itself works well for charging, but the magnetic cases are a letdown. They don't attach very securely, and I've had the case pop off several times just from putting it in my bag. This design flaw makes the modular aspect feel poorly executed and the power bank less durable than it should be. It could be better designed.
