Stylish and functional, mostly
I got the black AirSnap and it looks really sleek. It's so convenient to just clip my AirPods to my gym bag instead of rummaging for them. Wireless charging works flawlessly through the case, which is a big plus. My only minor complaint is that the snap can be a bit stiff to open sometimes, but it’s probably just a new leather thing.

Clip broke after a month
I had high hopes for this, but the swivel clip snapped right off after only a few weeks of light use. My previous generic case held up much better. Now it's just a regular case with no way to attach it, which defeats the purpose.
