The motor is very powerful and handles intense workouts without issues. Sometimes the Bluetooth connection to my headphones drops out, which can be annoying during a long run. Overall, still a strong performer.
The motor is surprisingly quiet, even when ramping up to higher speeds, which is a big plus for apartment living. The running belt provides great cushioning, making longer runs much more comfortable on my knees. It's a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Happy with this purchase.
I had a faulty component right out of the box, and getting assistance was a nightmare. The warranty process is convoluted, and it's taking far too long to get a replacement part. This experience has severely soured my opinion of the product and brand.
The running belt feels loose and inconsistent, even after adjustments.
