This Theragun Prime, in White, has been an excellent tool for my post-gym recovery routine. The four attachments are really versatile, especially the thumb attachment for those harder-to-reach knots. It's incredibly quiet, which is a huge bonus when relaxing after a workout. The battery lasts through several uses before needing a recharge.

The percussive action is very effective for loosening up my shoulders and back. The cone attachment is great for targeting specific areas. While effective, the 2.2 lbs weight can make it a little tiresome to hold for extended periods.
I was looking for something that really hit hard for my dense muscle knots, but even on the highest setting, this Theragun Prime didn't provide the intensity I needed. The percussions feel a bit too gentle for deep tissue work. It might be better for light warm-ups.
My legs feel so much better after using this; the battery lasts a long time too.
