Helps me improve my lifting technique at home, the feedback is excellent.
A really effective piece of tech for staying on track with my lifting at home.
This strength trainer is amazing for accountability and form. The visual cues help immensely, especially for exercises where I tend to lose proper posture. It's a fantastic addition to my home fitness setup, making my workouts much more effective.
The main reason for getting this was the rep and form tracking, but it consistently fails on both counts. I've tried adjusting lighting and my position, but it still miscounts reps and gives unhelpful form cues. It's essentially an expensive way to watch Peloton classes on my TV, which I could already do. Very disappointed with its core functionality.
I was really hoping this would elevate my strength training, but the form feedback often feels generic or just wrong. It's supposed to identify specific issues, but it mostly gives vague cues that aren't very actionable. The rep counting is alright on slower exercises, though it struggles with faster paced sets. Overall, it hasn't lived up to the hype for precise form correction.
