About this item

JLab Work Buds are true wireless earbuds built specifically for people who spend most of their day on calls - remote workers, customer support teams, sales reps, and anyone who needs professional call quality from a wireless earbud. The detachable boom mic is the key feature: a flexible ECM microphone that attaches directly to the earbud and positions itself close to your mouth, delivering the kind of call clarity that standard earbud microphones cannot match. When you don't need the boom mic - for music, commuting, or casual use - it detaches and stores in the charging case. The case charges the mic alongside the earbuds, so everything is ready when you need it. The case also supports wireless charging and wired charging via USB-C. Cush Fins are silicone ear wings included in three sizes that stabilize the earbud in your ear during extended wear, preventing fatigue from earbud pressure. Combined with 3 sets of silicone gel tips (S/M/L), you can dial in a fit that stays comfortable through a full workday. 55 total hours of playtime with 10 hours per earbud and 7 hours of talk time per charge. Quick charge gives you 1.5 hours of playback from 10 minutes of charging. The JLab app includes a dedicated ENC section for tuning microphone noise cancellation - useful for home offices, open plan workspaces, and noisy environments. 2-mic ENC reduces background noise on calls.

Comfortable, long-lasting charge

I bought these for my husband who spends hours on client calls. He really likes the fit; they stay secure and comfortable without causing ear fatigue. The battery capacity with the case is definitely a highlight, lasting several days. The only minor drawback is the size of the charging case, which isn't very discreet in a pocket.

Impressive call quality and battery

These are a massive upgrade from my old Bluetooth headset. The clarity on calls, especially with the boom mic attached, is truly remarkable; colleagues have commented on how much clearer my audio is now. The battery life is also exceptional, easily getting me through multiple days before needing to recharge the case. I use them constantly for work and personal listening.

Clear voice, great for meetings

Kai K. · 2026-02-22 · Verified purchase

My team says they can hear me perfectly on video calls now. The detachable mic is ingenious and makes a real difference compared to just using the earbud's built-in mic. Super easy to connect to my laptop and phone.

★★☆☆☆

Uncomfortable for me, case too big

Nadia L. · 2025-10-16 · Verified purchase

Tried these for a week but couldn't get a comfortable fit in my ears, even with different tips. They felt a bit too bulky after an hour or so, which caused some ear fatigue. Also, the charging case is quite large and cumbersome to carry around. The call quality was decent with the boom mic, but the comfort issue was a dealbreaker.

★★☆☆☆

Disappointing mic attachment

Trevor T. · 2025-10-26 · Verified purchase

The boom mic concept is good, but getting it to stay exactly where I want it is a challenge. It feels a bit flimsy. This makes the call quality inconsistent, which is frustrating for work.
