This product completely failed after a month of light use, specifically the power delivery to my laptop. It no longer charges, rendering the primary feature useless. Very frustrated with its unreliability.

While it does offer a good number of ports, the compatibility with my older Thunderbolt 3 laptop has been a bit inconsistent, especially with the dual monitor setup.
