I've tried a few ergonomic mice over the years, and this one is by far the most comfortable for my hand. The vertical grip feels natural, preventing the twist I used to feel in my forearm. The optical sensor is very accurate, and I find the 2000 DPI setting perfect for my daily tasks on my desktop. Plus, the clicks are genuinely silent, which is a huge bonus in a quiet office.

My only minor complaint is that it feels a bit lighter than I prefer; I usually like a heavier mouse for more stability. Despite that, it's still a solid upgrade for ergonomics and quiet operation.
While the ergonomic shape is good, I find the customizable buttons too sensitive. I frequently activate them by accident just by resting my hand, which interrupts my work. The silent clicks are nice in theory, but the accidental presses make it frustrating to use. I was hoping for a smoother transition from my old mouse, but this has been more of a hindrance due to the button placement and sensitivity.
