This mount adapter gets the job done connecting my old tripod to newer accessories. The high-grade plastic feels durable, and it holds my action camera without any wobbling. I appreciate how easily it pivots, giving me good angles for shots. The only minor issue is that the screw can sometimes feel a little stiff when tightening, but it's not a dealbreaker.
This pin joint mount works perfectly with my older Joby GorillaPod and my newer action camera. The build quality is excellent for something so small. It handles the weight fine and feels secure.
Bought this to use with my dash cam and an existing tripod I had. It connects easily and securely to the 1/4"-20 tripod screw, and the two-prong side holds the camera firmly. It pivots well for different angles. The only reason it's not five stars is that the plastic feels a bit less premium than I expected, but it does hold up.
