I’ve tried so many mineral sunscreens that either leave a ghostly white cast or feel incredibly heavy. This one is different; it goes on clear and feels incredibly lightweight. My sensitive, acne-prone skin loves it, and I haven't had any breakouts or irritation since switching. It also layers perfectly under my makeup, which is a huge plus.
I had high hopes for this, but it felt thick and never truly dried down on my face. It left a noticeable tacky residue that made applying makeup over it a struggle. The white cast wasn't severe, but the overall sensation on my skin was uncomfortable and made me want to wash it off. I was hoping for something lighter.
The protection is great and it feels good, but it does leave a bit of a sheen.
The 'natural' finish ended up looking quite shiny on my skin, especially by midday. I found it a bit heavy and it didn't fully absorb, leaving a slight sticky feel. It might work for drier skin types, but it wasn't ideal for my combination skin.
