This set is not only fun but also helps with my child's spatial reasoning and fine motor skills. The large, colorful tiles and unique dinosaur figures keep them entertained for a long time. It’s a great way to explore prehistoric themes.
This set has been a great addition to our collection. The large tiles are excellent for building spacious habitats, and the magnetic trees are a clever detail. My child loves arranging the dinosaur figures and creating different scenes. A minor point is that a few more of the smaller regular tiles would have made it even more versatile, but it's still a good purchase.
I got this for my grandson, who is obsessed with all things dinosaurs, and he hasn't stopped playing with it since. The extra-large tiles are wonderful for him to create big, imaginative worlds for the six dinosaur figures. It's incredibly sturdy and holds up well to his enthusiastic play. The magnetic trees are a fantastic detail that adds to the overall experience.
The magnets in some of the XL tiles are noticeably weaker than our older sets. My son gets really frustrated when his builds collapse for no clear reason. It makes stacking anything tall pretty difficult.
The magnets on the XL pieces are extremely weak. It's nearly impossible to build anything substantial without it collapsing immediately, which is frustrating for my child. Compared to our standard Magna-Tiles, these feel cheap and poorly constructed. This really hinders the creative play aspect, as they can't bring their ideas to life.
