About this item

Whether you’re a fan of knights, pirates, ninjas, or just smacking your friends and family, this game is for you! The goal of the game is to collect 3 sets of matching cards. Grab a bunch of cards and make Piles in the middle of the table. Everyone looks at the Piles and decides which one will help them complete the sets of matching cards they’re working on. On the count of three, each player points to the card Pile they want. If more than one player picks a Pile, it’s time to duel! Grab your Swords and fight using the rules laid out on the cards in the Pile (ex: “Keep your knees together for the whole fight” or “Toss your Sword in the air and catch it before you’re allowed to fight”). Whoever makes contact first wins. It’s fun to play, hilarious to watch, and a great way to settle arguments like grown-ups (grown-ups with Swords!)

A fun, energetic game

We were looking for something different for family game night and this delivered. The game involves collecting sets of cards and then having physical duels, which is a really unique twist. The foam swords are well made and safe for everyone. Sometimes, the interpretations of the duel rules can be a bit ambiguous, leading to some discussion, but overall it’s a very engaging and energetic experience that gets everyone laughing.

Good for active play

My 7-year-old loves this game; it's a great way to burn off some energy indoors. The foam swords are a big hit, and the card mechanics are easy enough to follow. A few of the duel instructions are a bit vague, which can lead to minor arguments during gameplay, but it's usually resolved quickly.

Mixed feelings

The idea of battling with foam swords is fantastic, and my nieces really got into it at first. The card collecting part is simple enough for younger kids. Some of the duel cards, though, felt a bit too silly or hard to perform, which caused frustration.

Got this for my nephews, and they absolutely adore it! The foam swords are a huge hit, and the rules are simple enough for them to grasp quickly. It's fantastic for getting them off screens and engaging in some physical activity and social interaction. We played the English version, and the card quality is great, durable enough for excited kids. A truly fantastic party game that brings so much joy and laughter to our house every time we pull it out.
