Recipes for Disaster contains everything you need to play the ultimate game of Exploding Kittens. The classic version takes just minutes to learn: players take turns drawing cards until someone draws an Exploding Kitten, at which point they explode and they're out. This collection offers 13 unique and wild remixes of the original game and a Cone of Shame (to punish players who forget whose turn is next).

This game is a total blast for everyone from my nephew who's 8 to my dad! The quick play time means we can squeeze in multiple rounds, and the player elimination keeps everyone invested until the very end. The Cone of Shame is just hilarious.
While the idea of new recipes is good, keeping track of all the different rule sets for each remix gets complicated. We ended up sticking to just one or two variants because learning them all was a bit much. It's less pick-up-and-play than the original.
This set is amazing! It’s everything you need to play with all the best parts of Exploding Kittens plus more. The included Cone of Shame is a hilarious touch that adds to the fun, making it great for parties.
The additional cards and game modes are a fun way to refresh the original Exploding Kittens experience.
We tried a few of the new recipes, and they really do add variety to the original. The learning curve for each new twist can be a little steep initially, as some of the rule combinations took a couple of rounds to fully grasp. Still, it's a solid upgrade to our game nights.
