I hoped this pillow would be softer based on the material description, but it feels quite firm. While the sloped design might help some, it wasn't comfortable enough for me during longer nursing sessions, and I found myself needing to adjust it frequently. The adjustable belt is a good feature but didn't solve the comfort issue entirely.
It does exactly what it's supposed to do, reducing spit-ups efficiently.
