My previous travel bag struggled with anything other than smooth airport floors, but this Allpa roller handles dirt paths and stairs without a problem. The wheels are truly durable and the overall construction feels incredibly robust. I got this for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. It's the perfect size for his frequent 7-day work trips. The split-case design keeps his dress clothes separate from his casual wear, which he really appreciates.
The build quality is definitely there, and the water-resistant polyester is a plus for adverse weather. However, the dimensions, while within carry-on limits, make it feel a bit bulky in tighter overhead bins. It also just barely fits some of the smaller regional jet sizers, which caused a bit of anxiety.
Used this for a 10-day trip through Europe and it held up beautifully. The material feels really tough and water-resistant, which was a huge plus when I got caught in a sudden downpour. It fits a surprising amount for a carry-on.
