I was very disappointed. The Herkimer diamond fell out after only a couple of weeks of wearing it, which is unacceptable for something described as a keepsake. I really liked the look of it, but the quality is just not there for the stone setting.
I've been looking for a simple, elegant ring with a unique stone, and this Herkimer Ring in 18K Gold is absolutely perfect. The diamond itself is incredibly clear and has such a brilliant sparkle. The thin band is really comfortable and doesn't feel bulky at all, which is important for me as I wear rings daily. I got a size 6, and it fits perfectly on my middle finger. It's a beautiful, delicate piece that I know I'll cherish.
I love the sparkle and unique look of the Herkimer diamond. It's a very pretty ring, and the sterling silver is bright. I do find the band to be extremely thin, making me a bit worried about its long-term durability for daily wear.
