The initial feel of the beanie was great – very soft and cozy, and the Moonbeam color was beautiful right out of the package. Unfortunately, after only a few washes (following the care instructions precisely), the color has started to look a bit dull and faded. It still performs well in terms of warmth, but the aesthetic appeal has diminished faster than I hoped for a beanie.
