Strap needs improvement
The bag itself is fine; the fabric is soft and the pockets are handy, especially the key loop. However, the adjustable strap feels a bit flimsy and tends to loosen throughout the day, so I have to keep re-tightening it. For how much this costs, I expected better quality on the hardware. It's a noticeable annoyance when I'm trying to stay active.
