The backpack straps, while functional, don't feel as robust as the rest of the bag. They could be thicker and offer more support, especially when carrying a laptop and a few heavier items. The versatility is there, but the comfort isn't always.
The bag is great for carrying my laptop and a few notebooks. The quick-access pockets are handy. I just wish it had a bit more room for bulkier items, like a water bottle, without making it feel overstuffed. Quality construction, though.
