Not what I expected
The bag felt a bit stiff and the open top was a real problem for me. I was hoping for something I could use for groceries, but without a zipper or some way to close it, things just spill out. The 25MM size feels bulky, and the shoulder straps dug in a little when it was full. It just wasn't practical for my daily use, which included a lot of walking and public transport.
