The overall power of the processor is fine, but the medium-sized feed tube is a constant source of frustration. Many vegetables like potatoes or larger onions need to be cut into smaller pieces to fit, which negates some of the time-saving benefits. It's an inconvenience that makes me reconsider using it for certain tasks, wishing I'd chosen a model with a wider opening for whole ingredients.
The 12-cup capacity is exactly what I needed for my cooking style, especially when entertaining. I used the reversible shredding disc to prep coleslaw for a BBQ and it was incredibly fast and uniform. This has quickly become a kitchen essential for me.
