It generally performs well for pressure cooking and steaming. However, the sauté function doesn't get hot enough to really sear things effectively. Also, the control panel isn't as intuitive as I'd hoped, requiring a look at the manual each time.

The sealing ring absorbs food smells quickly, which can transfer flavors between dishes even after washing.
The pressure release valve seems to stick, and it takes an uncomfortably long time to depressurize. It often requires fiddling with to get it to work properly, which is concerning for safety. This constant issue makes it more of a hassle than a help.
